What is a good / safe cleanse for bowel and / or liver?

I want to do a simple, safe bowel and / or liver cleanse but I need one that is safe to while on a beta-blocker for HBP. Any ideas?

What makes you think you need to "cleanse?' Just a bunch of bs! Eat healthy, exercise, drink when you're thirsty. Your fantastic body will keep itself clean without any "extra" from you. Or, in spite of it.

"Cleansing" is new-age nonsense. There is ZERO evidence that any of these "cleansing" regimens have any benefit at all.
