Just in case you thought the spread of the  H1N1 Flu was over, it is still making the news with new cases being reported.

I will always be a firm believer that having a healthy immune system is and will always be your greatest strategy. By supporting your immune function your resistance to anything you are exposed to will be high.

It is similar to a group of people that are all exposed to a flu and some come down with it while some are not affected.

Simply put, the few that are not affected have an immune system that is working properly.

I haven’t had a cold or flu in over 5 years and I know it is due to my taking the proper nutritionals & suppliments.
